Locations : Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Vadodara, Hyderabad (Work from Office, with a possibility of Hybrid model)

Experience : 7 to 9 years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics Senior Consultant or Architect to join our team. This position will be crucial for leading the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing, customizing, and optimizing MS Dynamics CRM/CE solutions, as well as a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. As an MS Dynamics Senior Consultant or Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions that align with business requirements.

You will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end implementations, providing architectural guidance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring high availability of solutions. You will mentor junior consultants, drive the success of the project, and ensure that the solutions are well-documented and supported. In addition, your work will help ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the MS Dynamics 365 Implementation :

- Architect and drive end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring that they meet the business needs effectively.

Solution Customization and Configuration :

- Oversee the customization of MS Dynamics to ensure that it aligns with business requirements.

- Lead configuration efforts and provide guidance on best practices for solution customization.

Architectural Expertise :

- Provide architectural insights into how Dynamics 365 can best integrate with other enterprise systems and platforms.

- Guide teams on scalability, security, performance, and data architecture.

Requirements Gathering :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, ensuring that the solutions are tailored to meet the company's business goals.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.

System Troubleshooting and Optimization :

- Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve system issues, improving system performance, scalability, and availability.

- Manage optimization of existing solutions to ensure they run efficiently at scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with multiple teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of MS Dynamics solutions with other business applications and platforms.

Mentorship and Guidance :

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. Offer guidance on coding, development best practices, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Documentation and Support :

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and customizations.

- Provide ongoing support, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Stay Updated with New Technologies :

- Regularly explore and implement emerging MS Dynamics features, Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and best practices to maintain the system's competitive advantage.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Experience in MS Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including both configuration and customization, and full lifecycle implementation experience.

- Familiarity with MS Dynamics modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Field Service is a plus.

Strong Expertise in MS Dynamics Architecture :

- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics architecture and components, including the Common Data Service, Power Platform, and integration strategies.

Programming Skills :

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience in extending Dynamics functionality through custom code and integrations.

Power Platform Expertise :

- Solid experience working with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including the ability to build custom applications and workflows, as well as Power BI dashboards.

System Integrations :

- Experience working with system integrations, data migrations, and using APIs to connect MS Dynamics with other enterprise applications and platforms.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify system issues, troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.

- A solution-oriented mindset is essential.

Excellent Communication Skills :

- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Leadership and Team Collaboration :

- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior team members and managing stakeholders.

Agile Methodologies :

- Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience working in an Agile environment, delivering iterative and incremental value to stakeholders.

Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement or equivalent certifications.
