SAP TM Consultant (Developer & Tester

Job Title: SAP TM Consultant (Developer & Tester, 5-8 years of experience)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant with expertise in both development and testing. The ideal candidate will be consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and validating SAP TM solutions to enhance business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP TM processes, integration capabilities, technical development, and testing methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP TM implementation, performance and usability.

Responsibilities: SAP TM Development Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP TM solutions to align with business requirements.
• Customize and configure SAP TM modules for optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Develop ABAP programs, enhancements, and SAP Fiori applications to support SAP TM operations.
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD) and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Provide technical guidance and support for SAP TM-related projects and enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP TM technologies, updates, and best practices.

SAP TM Testing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP TM functionalities.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
• Identify, document, and manage defects and inconsistencies in SAP TM configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with SAP TM developers, business users, and project teams to ensure seamless testing.
• Validate SAP TM integrations, workflows, and automation processes.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end users with system validation.
• Ensure compliance with testing best practices, industry standards, and SAP guidelines.
• Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and logs for review and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP TM development and testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP programming, SAP Fiori, and SAP integration techniques.
• Expertise in SAP testing tools (eCATT, HP ALM, Worksoft Certify, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
