Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python (backend), React/Next.js (frontend), and SQL (database management) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and shipping products quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Design and develop robust APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

- Frontend Development : Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js or Next.js.

- Database Management : Design and optimize SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Performance Optimization : Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to ensure smooth application performance.

- Collaboration : Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to quickly ship features.

- Testing & Debugging : Implement unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software quality.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) for backend development.

- Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js for frontend development.

- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ship clean code at speed.

- Prior experience in building scalable SaaS products is a plus.
