Job Description


We are looking for passionate and energetic inside sales personnel who can connect and engage with leads via outbound calls, set up appointments, and communicate the company's brand identity.


Roles & responsibilities:

  • 5 to 7+ years of successful experience selling enterprise software products or services
  • Identify prospects grow and manage sales pipeline to achieve targets
  • Coordinate software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.
  • Experience in market research, data mining, and cold calling.
  • Generate new potential clients through cold calling and social media platforms.
  • Communicate with the organization heads and schedule the appointments for product demos.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work with Marketing and Pre-sales teams.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets
  • Market Research to identify new markets and prospects.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
  • Knowledge of/experience with use of sales CRM
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Good convincing ability and confident personality.
  • Data-driven approach towards the sales process.
  • Full understanding of the sales process from database generation to appointment fixing.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience with a Proven track record of success in selling Digital Transformation Services to the US & European regions
  • Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in Digital Transformation Services (Must Have)
  • Vertical Knowledge/Experience: Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, and Enterprises are a must.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads.
  • Outbound calling to the US and Europe for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
  • Writing emails, follow-ups, campaigns, and CRM database management
  • Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions
  • Excellent knowledge of search engines, web analytics and business research tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel --PowerPoint.
