Discreet Solutions - Executive - Inside Sales (0-4 yrs)

Able to communicate in at least one regional language: Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu.

- Proficient in basic English communication.

- Responsible for making sales and marketing calls to customers.

- Coordinate with customers (Architects/ Interior Designers/ consultants/ Builders/ System Integrators) and field executive to manage / schedule meetings, demos and other sales activities.

- Update communication calls, meetings, quotations on Zoho (CRM) Platforms.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.

- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

- Sales and non-sales Targets would be assigned after training period.

- Looking for candidates possessing good organizational and time management abilities with a positive attitude and passion for sales.
