Content Writer

Role & responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Write product guides tailored to CRM software users, blog posts, website content, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies.

2. SEO Optimization: Integrate SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

3. Audience Targeting: Develop content that speaks to customer needs, including pain points, solutions, and benefits of using our CRM tool.

4. Content Review & Editing: Ensure all written materials meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS content writing, ideally in CRM or sales/marketing technology.
• Strong research skills and knowledge of SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales/marketing automation tools.
• Experience in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
