Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards.
  
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  
• Supervise staff performance, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in food & beverage management or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and cost analysis.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
