Multi Skill Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on multi-skill technologies such as DG, UPS, BMS systems, fire alarm systems, sprinklers, and pac systems.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these technologies using knowledge of electrical principles and mechanical components.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of building management systems (BMS) and HVAC equipment.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations when working at heights or in confined spaces.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as a Multi Skill Technician or equivalent position.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical components, and control panels for various technologies like DG sets, UPS systems etc. .
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for identifying faults in complex electronic devices like BMS systems & Fire Alarm Systems.
