Position Title: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Sricity,TADA

Experience: 2+ years

Job Description

• Knowledge to handle all AD1`2the instrumentation, automation and electrical maintenance activities
• Knowledge of handling equ+AD6ipments: breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance and preventive maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as: Magnetic flow meter, Temperature transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Vacuum transmitter, Level transmitter, Level switches, Ultrasonic transmitter, PH transmitter, Conductivity transmitter, Position sensors, Density transmitter, Brix transmitter and Calibration of instruments as per ISO standard.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic valves, actuators, positioners, E/P convertors and control valves.
• Knowledge of PID controller, Process indicators, Weighing indicators, Metal detectors.
• Knowledge of Program logic controller (PLC) hardware (Allen Bradley, Backhoff & Siemens), PLC software: RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC STEP7,
• Knowledge of Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software: SIMATIC WinCC V7, Factory Talk view, ProLeiT, and Humanmachine interface (HMI)
• Knowledge of communication protocol such as Ethernet, ProfibusDP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, Device Net, Control Net and (LAN) networking.
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) of different make: ABB, AllenBradley, Danfoss, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, SEW Euro drive, etc.
• Knowledge of Servo drives of different make: Lenze, Rexroth, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider
• Knowledge of HT (33KV) breaker & power transformer and LT (415V) breaker & distribution transformer
• Knowledge of power control center (PCC), motor control center (MCC)
• Knowledge of Utility such as: UPS, DG, Air Compressor, Refrigeration, Chiller.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering

Salary: ₹35,000.00 ₹40,000.00 per month
