What you will do:
1. Diverse Exposure: As a Paid Marketing Associate, you will manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, gaining hands-on experience with all aspects of paid advertising.
2. Analytics & Tracking: Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and reports to improve results.
3. Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to execute and launch marketing campaigns.
4. A/B Testing: You'll analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and utilize insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign outcomes.
5. Budget Management: Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to drive performance, with a focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing cost-per-lead (CPL).
6. Training: Gain access to in-depth training on marketing platforms, tools (GA4, GTM, etc.), and industry best practices to ensure your success.
What are you like:
1. A strong passion for digital marketing, particularly paid advertising in SaaS and the tech industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4. 1-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for SaaS products.
5. Experience with tools such as Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs for A/B testing and competitive analysis is a plus, but not mandatory.
