About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage customer databases and track sales opportunities.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
Digital Marketing:
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
- Implement email marketing campaigns and track performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
MBA: Preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering presentations to clients and internal teams.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and internet usage.
Database Management: Experience in managing customer databases.
