Job Overview:
- We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- You will gain hands-on experience in all facets of paid advertising, from campaign creation and optimization to data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to ensure effective campaign performance.
Analytics & Tracking:
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results and inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution and launch of marketing campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and progress.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to drive performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign spend and adjust budgets as needed to achieve cost-per-lead (CPL) targets.
- Provide reporting on budget spend, and campaign performance.
Training & Development:
- Participate in in-depth training on marketing platforms, tools (GA4, GTM), and industry best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You're Like:
Passion for Digital Marketing:
- A strong passion for digital marketing, particularly paid advertising within the SaaS and tech industry.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for SaaS products.
Tools:
- Experience with tools such as Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs for A/B testing and competitive analysis is a plus, but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of other paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
