Scrum Master

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and drive Agile POD operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between the POD team and the Product Owner (Brand Manager), ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies, helping them embrace Agile principles, and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or roadblocks, working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues.
• Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of project milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
• Scrum certification or equivalent Agile training is required.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget
