We are currently seeking a Paid Media Lead to focus on developing cross-channel digital media strategies and managing and optimizing media efforts on an ongoing basis across all digital channels including paid search, display, and social.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in client campaigns.
Project Management
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns including Social Media Management, Website management, Performance Marketing Campaigns, SEO and content creation and marketing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign delivery on time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
Understand client goals and objectives and work to exceed their expectations.
Reporting And Analysis
Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Client Updates
Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and the value of our services.
Offer guidance on optimizing their online presence and achieving their marketingobjectives.
Must Have:
4 + years of experience
Strong Communication Skills, Attention to Detail
Analytical Abilities: Being able to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights is crucial for optimizing paid media campaigns effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, understanding their business objectives, and exceeding expectations is vital for client satisfaction and retention.
Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc..
Strategic Thinking: Developing tailored strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices to drive results and ROI.
Project Management Skills: Efficiently planning and executing paid media campaigns within timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Problem-solving ability, Adaptability, and Results-oriented.
