- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
- Leverage social media networking and sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business
- Ensure candidates have a great experience at every stage of the recruitment process by maintaining fast turnaround times, feedback on rejects, employee-focused negotiations, etc
- Administer and execute recruitment processes throughout the company to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talent
- Understand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategy to hire and retain top talent
- Develop strategic business relations with key stakeholders to include hiring managers and HR center of excellence leads (HRBP, Compensation, HRIS etc.)
- Utilize social media to network with relevant user groups to recruit talent
