Account Manager

SOCIAL CULTS is looking for an energetic and outgoing Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead our clients to success. If you have a desire to make a real impact and help businesses thrive, KEEP READING! As an Account Manager, you will be on the client-facing side of digital marketing for our agency. You will guide a team of digital marketers ranging from social media to SEO specialists. In addition, you will create digital marketing strategies for a wide range of clientele in multiple industries. Clients will largely consist of but will not be limited to small and mid-sized businesses. This role is a digital marketing position that can be done remotely, or at our headquarters in Noida . We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, prides themselves on results, and dominates in problem-solving.

Associate s or Bachelor s Degree with an emphasis on business or marketing is preferred.

At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing is required. We will ignore applications that do not have at least 1-2 years of experience

1. Base Salary: Based On Experience
2. Bonus: performance-based bonuses and commissions
3. Hours: This is a full-time position (48 hours)
4. Environment: Regular work hours are 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m., with additional hours as required to complete assignments and occasional weekend work

1. Broad understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, Website Design, SEO, Google AdWords, PPC, etc.)
2. Broad understanding of SOCIAL CULTS s company and services
3. Any previous management, customer service, or related experience in working with small businesses
