ERPNext Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with proven expertise in ERPNext and the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the Frappe Framework, ERPNext customization, and front-end development using Vue.js. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance applications that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

ERPNext & Frappe Development

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ERPNext.
• Customize and develop ERPNext modules, doctypes, workflows, and reports to meet unique business needs.
• Build and maintain custom apps using the Frappe Framework.

Backend Development:

• Develop and customize ERPNext modules using the Frappe Framework.
• Create and optimize server-side logic and database models.
• Implement custom scripts, reports, and workflows in ERPNext.

Frontend Development:

• Develop user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js.
• Integrate front-end components with Frappe APIs.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

System Integration and Performance Optimization

• Integrate RESTful APIs and webhooks for real-time data exchange across platforms.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize ERPNext modules and Frappe-based applications for scalability and speed.

Deployment and Maintenance

• Manage deployment processes using Linux servers, Nginx, Docker, and Bench.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployments.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:-
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong front-end development skills with Vue.js.
• Expertise in Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working with ERPNext/Frappe Framework.
• Previous experience in full-stack development.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data migration tools and techniques for ERP systems.
• Certification in Frappe/ERPNext development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework development.
