This is the challenge that Sociabble decided to take up in 2014, by launching an SAAS platform for Internal Communication , Employee Advocacy , and Employee Engagement .

International since day 1, the company has offices in Paris, Lyon and Mumbai.

Sociabble was founded by two pioneers of the Internet, Jean-Louis B nard and Laurent Gauthier, entrepreneurs and investors for more than 25 years. By building the company, they were inspired by the best of U.S.-based SAAS platforms, without being constrained by the caricatures or culture of Silicon Valley start-ups. They created a boostrapping bootstrapping culture. Sociabble is identified by U.S. analysts as one of the best solutions on the market today.

The mission

At Sociabble, our Academy is responsible for helping internal teams and customers learn about our product through impactful experiences and scalable, digitalized resources.

The Sociabble Academy delivers tailored employee learning paths via a Learning Management System (LMS), centralizes internal resources on a knowledge platform, and provides on-demand client training through a customer communication tool.

As a Learning Specialist, you will be key in producing educational resources conceptualized by the Academy Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and producing digital learning materials such as PPT presentations, live training workshops, webinars, and educational documentation
• Editing educational videos to deliver polished and visually compelling content
• Designing and enriching content for our e-learning platform to meet diverse learner needs
• Documenting assessments to measure the impact and success of learning programs
• Brainstorming and implementing interactive activities to make learning sessions engaging and effective

The ideal Candidate

• You are digitally savvy, comfortable with tools like PowerPoint, Trello, and video editing software (e.g., Clipchamp). Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) and AI is a plus
• You are creative and skilled at designing visually engaging and interactive materials
• You have experience in creating resources and know how to simplify complex content into easy-to-consume formats
• You are organized and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. You prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• You are curious and innovative and enjoy developing educational formats
• You have strong communication skills and excel at asking the right questions to ensure the message is clear and effective for the learner
• You are fluent in English and a basic knowledge of French is an advantage
