Job Description
Scouting an experienced Purchasing manager to handle the companys procurement activities for our
apparel domain, thelablebar.com
The purchasing managers responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive
relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and
overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities.
Role & responsibilities:
1- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
2- Regularly review supplier contracts and agreements to ensure competitiveness.
3- Generate and analyze reports on procurement performance.
4- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
6- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
7- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
8- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
9- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
10- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Purchasing Manager Requirements:
*Proven working experience (5-10 years) as a purchasing manager or in a similar position.
*Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
*Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
*Supervisory and management experience.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
