Job Title: Sales Executive -Nutrition

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of vitamin-mineral premixes and food fortification solutions to food manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the food and nutrition industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the adoption of fortified foods to address Nutritional Deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food fortification sector.
• Promote, coordinate and sell vitamin-mineral premixes to food manufacturers, distributors, and other relevant businesses on timely basis.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
• Achieve sales targets within assigned territories or customer segments.
• Develop and execute daily/weekly call plans for customer engagement.
• Provide technical consultations to customers on the benefits and applications of fortified foods, addressing their inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.

2. Product Promotion:

• Deliver presentations on the benefits of Food Fortification, company's product offerings
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and marketing events to promote products and to develop promotional materials.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated on regulations related to food fortification (e.g., FSSAI guidelines).
• Understand the composition, applications and benefits of vitamin-mineral premixes. Also having knowledge of common nutritional problems in India.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients, nutraceutical or nutrition industry. This role requires frequent travel within the city to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site product demonstrations
• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Nutrition or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food fortification processes and premix applications as a solution to nutritional deficiencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences and should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
