Job Overview. We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Sonipat. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves managing shipping and logistics operations efficiently to maintain the flow of our high-quality sneaker care products. It presents a great opportunity for freshers eager to contribute to a growing company.

Qualifications And Skills. Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions like V Lookups and Pivot Tables for analyzing data effectively.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to handle multiple shipping orders and maintain records accurately.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different departments and delivering clear instructions to the logistics team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics management to supervise the dispatch process seamlessly.

Customer service skills to address and resolve any issue related to dispatch, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to group tasks and discussions.

Quick learning capability to adapt to company-specific software and processes used in logistics and dispatch operations.

Roles And Responsibilities. Oversee the daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
