Job Overview:
SnapWork is seeking an experienced and dynamic GenAI Lead to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for our clients, with a focus on the BFSI sector. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), optimize solution delivery, and lead presentations to stakeholders. As the GenAI Lead, you will own SnapWork's GenAI solution offerings and play a key role in expanding our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate GenAI-based solutions by understanding and analyzing client requirements.
• Collaborate with the GenAI delivery team to optimize, test, and deliver AI projects on time and within scope.
• Work directly with clients to design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead client presentations to showcase GenAI solutions and drive engagement.
• Own and continuously enhance SnapWorks GenAI solution offerings, ensuring innovative and high-quality deliverables.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in Generative AI, and identify new opportunities to integrate AI solutions within client environments.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering GenAI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and technologies.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing AI models.
• Experience in project management with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector and its AI use cases is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields is preferred.
