IBM BPM Developer- QC

-Min 7+ yrs of developer work experience in IBM BPM/BAW products and IBM FileNet is an added advantage.

-Excellent knowledge on Business Process Management latest Library, Business Process Model Notations and Workflow patterns.

-Strong experience in Java (J2SE,J2EE) , IBM Websphere, XML, XSL and related technologies

-Experience in Java and proven ability to use programming and scripting languages.

-Strong in RDBMS concepts; PL/SQL knowledge, ORM - Awareness and basic Linux/UNIX.

-Hands-on experience on Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/GIT, Test Automation and JIRA.

-Should be able to translate high level design to detail technical design and implementation.

Soft Skills

-Proactively identify and communicate issues leveraging standard monitoring and alerting tools, and work to resolve issues liaising with 3rd party resolver teams as necessary.

-A good listener and should articulate ideas in writing and verbally to any audience in a way where these are understood and achieve the goals intended with that communication

-Have ability to work effectively with teams/people having different skill sets, personalities, work styles, or motivation level

-Maintain documentation on issues, corrective actions in-line with best practice to ensure knowledge accessibility and continuous learning within team
