The Job

What the job entails:

- Design and produce graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations for Venture Smarter's website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials

- Apply and maintain the company's visual identity and style guidelines across all graphic content, ensuring consistency and quality

- Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and provide creative input and feedback

- Work with the product and development teams to design user interfaces and user experiences for our digital solutions, ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibility

- Research and keep up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into the graphic content as appropriate

- Manage and organize the graphic assets and files, and ensure they are optimized for web and print

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field; or equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment

- Portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatility

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software

- Familiar with web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Sketch

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
