Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and experience handling taxation and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and vendor payments.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Process employee reimbursements and payroll accounting.
• Support finance operations by ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter preferred.
• Experience: 3-7 years in accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, any other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
