We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the company s talent strategy by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with Snap s mission and values in India and larger APAC countries like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Japan . You ll focus on intern hires and mid-to-senior-level positions across various teams, working closely with hiring managers to build exceptional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage hands on the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Talent Strategy : Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs and develop customized sourcing and hiring strategies.
Sourcing : Leverage various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to identify and engage with top talent.
Candidate Experience : Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining open communication, timely feedback throughout the hiring process, and good new hire onboarding experience. .
Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor hiring strategies to refine Snap s talent acquisition approach.
Diversity & Inclusion : Advocate for and implement diversity hiring initiatives to ensure an inclusive workforce.
Employer Branding : Partner with the marketing team to enhance Snap s employer brand in the Indian talent market.
Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology/ adtech or digital media industry.
Skills :
Proven ability to source and hire high-caliber candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, GEM.
Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred : Familiarity with the Indian Adtech talent landscape and experience hiring in creative or media-tech industries.
