Relationship Manager - field work

We are seeking highly motivated experienced sales professionals to be a part of our team.

Job Requirements :

- Strong communication skills both verbal & written in English, with the ability to talk in pictures.

- Proactive follow up with prospective customers

- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually

- Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years sales experience in high-end sales,Corporate sales

- Strong organisational skills

- Marketing strategies

Job Responsibilities : 

- Meeting weekly /monthly sales goals

- Meeting New Real estate Broker

- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

- Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community ( Real Estate Broker )

- Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members

- Understanding the loan process

- Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays

- This position offers a base salary plus performance bonus.

Average Salary : 180k to 420k P.A. +

Performance bonus above the market standard (0.075 % of Total Sales)
