You have 10-15 years of experience in:
Mandatory skills
Experience in Automobile domain.
Construction (drawing) of graphical elements to support the repair data.
Understand complicated automotive repair instructions.
Transform OEM data into a standardised format.
Drive technical solution suggestions.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Must be aware about the tools used to draw technical Diagram(Corel, Adobe)
Should have technical understanding of various component of car (Example : Clutch)

• You bring along strong interest in:
  At least 5 years of team lead experience.
  Lead close collaboration with other teams, stakeholders in Denmark and Germany. Drive ownership and overall responsibility for the project.
  Building, mentoring a high performing team.
  Passion and Curiosity
  Excellent communication skills in English
  Diploma/ Degree in Mechnical Engineering
  Qualification in Design Engineering (Optional)
