A Operational Excellence
Provide support in the implementation of the respective tools, ensuring coherence and uniformity of the methods and tools in cooperation with the plant manager
Support regular Forvia Excellence System Reviews
Prepare the improvement plan as well as carrying out Forvia Excellence System activities in agreement with those responsible
Investigate the production and production-affiliated areas with the aim of illustrating improvement
potentials in the workflow and setup organization, as well as analyzing causes and deriving appropriate measures
Involvement in preparing suggestions for improvement and taking over the interface function to CIP; Initiating improvement processes based on the procedure to be used (Forvia ES); implementing suggestions for improvement as well as necessary measures; forwarding the results to the functions responsible
Analyze improvement projects with regard to workflows, IE tasks, logistic concepts, processes and work systems in the production and service areas
Prepare and supporting the implementation of standards for technical or organizational processes and logistic workflows, taking the production system into account together with the functions responsible
Perform and agree Forvia ES activities with the working methods activities, if necessary, initiate escalations
Qualify and guide the Forvia ES workshop process within the company in cooperation with the functions Responsible
Support transition of projects from TtM to OtD in realizing new projects (products) in terms of production related matters (design to manufacturing); supporting the exchange of experience between production and development (lessons learned)
Carry out success checks for measures initiated by comparing business management data in cooperation with those responsible (sustainability checks)
Take over the function of contact for the subject of lean production, Standard Work, MTM, SAP routings Master Data as well as communicating the subject to executives and staff.
Instruct, guide and support the Operational Excellence employees at locations.
B Industrial Engineering
Cooperate in the designing of work systems with the aim of improving the productivity of production process flows under ergonomic aspects.
If applicable, triggering of correction by the processproduction scheduler or independent updating of the industrial engineering data and fields of the routing.
Check of adherence to planned working method and calculated cycle times in the launch phase (launch support), updating and processing of the indices open rating data and the change .
Involvement in the capacity planning of resources and relocating products, as well as checking the necessary capacities in the event of significant changes in planning, Acquisition of the necessary data for calculation, planning and wage payment using the MTM productivity management system as well as REFA methodology.
Support of production bonus implementation projects and proper problem solving in case of obstacles.
Calculation of baseline performances for different bonus areas, training and mentoring of bonus groups, regular tracking of bonus results as well as detailed analysis in case of abnormalities, manual interventions based on given standards in cooperation with the relevant manager.
Accountable for ERP PP-AV Master Data regarding work centers, routings (incl. component allocation) and production versions according to AD-00111 and AD-00140.
Training of ME Key-Users, MEs and IEs regarding work centers, routings (incl. component allocation) and production versions.
Accountable for creation of work centers, active use (e.g. CR01, CR02); create data according to guidelines (F3050); owner SAP PP-AV Expert SAP role.
C Group Work (Production)
Coordinate comprehensive and sustainable group work application by continuous support of groups, group leaders and supervisors.
Ensure concept related qualification of groups, group leaders and supervisors, carrying out appropriate training measures in line with given standards.
Take responsibility for solving problems during the proper implementation of and adherence to agreed targets and performance indicators of the related group work concept.
Adapt group classification, monitor requirement-dependent components of payment, informing the respective organizational units.
Control and report group work related KPIs.
Prepare, preside over and perform workshops on the standardized group work concept.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Passionate about Continuous Improvement
Ability to master change.
Ability to train and coach.
Good influencingpersuasion skills
Fluent English language knowledge - written & spoken
3 -5 years of working experience in Productivity Improvement role
Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement and mentoring.
