Work with finance and procurement teams to analyze transportation costs and develop strategies for cost reduction.

Address and resolve issues related to inbound logistics, including shipment delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies between shipment and order details.
Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues and improve the overall efficiency of inbound logistics processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in inbound logistics, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory control software is preferred.
Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD, or similar certifications).
Experience with international logistics and customs processes.
German Language (must)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other logistics software tools.
