Logistic - Import/ Export

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Import Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing export and import operations, ensuring smooth dispatch processes, and maintaining compliance with customs regulations. This role requires strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to manage logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export documentation and ensure timely execution of shipment processes.
• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Manage dispatch operations for international and domestic shipments.
• Track and execute shipments based on Purchase Orders (PO) while ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee Customer ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) generation and communication.
• Ensure compliance with customs documentation and facilitate smooth clearance of goods.
• Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for logistics planning and execution.
• Analyze and optimize logistics costs while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in customs regulations and trade policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 2-4 Years of Hands-on experience in import/export documentation and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures for international trade.
• Proficiency in SCM and logistics execution.
• Familiarity with CHA compliance and customs clearance processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage external and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications:

• BBA / MBA Supply Chain Management
