Microbiologist Officer

Cilicant Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer to ensure that our products meet the highest quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, implementing testing procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Perform analytical testing using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, etc.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality control activities.
• Identify and address quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Quality Control in the pharmaceutical, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and quality testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
