Business Development

Role Overview: Will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end business development and tendering process. This includes identifying Business Development opportunities, preparing and submitting business proposal, maintain client relationships and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements. The candidate should have experience of business development and bid management in the government sector.

•      Technical & Financial proposals preparation
•      End-to-end Bid Management:
•      Compliance and Risk Management
•      Relationship Management
•      Documentation and Reporting

Key Requirements:

•      Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
•      Proficiency in Procurement portals like; E-proc, GeM, ADB
•      Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
