Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced professional to lead consulting projects in agriculture and food sectors, focusing on sustainability, food security, policy, and market trends. The role involves client relationship management, strategic advisory, and team leadership to drive innovation and efficiency across the agricultural value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver consulting projects on agriculture, food systems, and sustainability.
• Manage client relationships with government, NGOs, and agribusinesses.
• Provide strategic advice on supply chains, sustainability, and policy.
• Conduct market research and deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor team members and oversee high-quality project delivery.
• Develop proposals and identify business opportunities.
• Advise on regulatory and policy frameworks related to agriculture.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
• 7-15 years of experience in agriculture/food consulting or policy analysis.
• Expertise in India’s agricultural landscape, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Strong research, leadership, project management, and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and proposal development skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in agri-tech, food processing, or rural development.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications, precision farming, and digital tools.
• Exposure to policy advocacy and business development.
