Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to expand our dealer network under existing distributors in Hyderabad and surrounding districts. The role requires identifying potential dealers, onboarding them, and managing 150-200 dealers while ensuring strong relationships, sales growth, and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Acquisition & Network Expansion

  • Identify and recruit new dealers under assigned distributors in Hyderabad and nearby districts.
  • Conduct market research to find potential business partners, assess viability, and onboard 150-200 dealers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement a structured dealer onboarding plan, ensuring smooth integration into our sales network.
  • Ensure that new dealers meet the companys qualification criteria and sales expectations.

2. Dealer Relationship Management & Growth

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing them with support, training, and business strategies to increase sales.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor stock levels, resolve issues, and improve performance.
  • Act as a bridge between dealers and distributors, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
  • Address dealer grievances and coordinate with distributors to resolve challenges promptly.

3. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

  • Ensure dealers achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with distributors to drive sales through dealers by offering promotional support, schemes, and incentives.
  • Regularly monitor dealer sales performance and take corrective actions to boost underperforming dealers.
  • Ensure effective execution of pricing strategies, discounts, and company policies across all dealers.

4. Market Development & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, dealer expectations, and new business opportunities.
  • Suggest new areas for dealer expansion based on market potential and competition analysis.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain detailed records of dealer visits, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dealer growth, sales achievements, and challenges to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure dealers receive adequate support.
