Assistant Officer - SAP

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Officer - SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with accounting operations, process transactions, and support the SAP system for efficient financial management. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to learn and grow in the field of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing accounting entries and transactions in SAP.
• Update and maintain ledgers and financial records accurately.
• Support the preparation and reconciliation of balance sheets.
• Assist in journal entries and accounting reports generation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth SAP operations.
• Provide administrative support as required for accounting tasks.
• Continuously update and enhance knowledge of SAP functionality and accounting procedures.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate in Commerce (B.COM, BCCA, BBA).
• MBA pursuing candidates can apply, provided their graduation is in Commerce.

• Gender Preference:
• Male candidates only.

• Skills & Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is essential (Ledger Entries, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SAP software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP or any accounting software is an added advantage, but not required.
