Job Description:

- Lead the team to make a financial planning for each financial year and plan to makefinancial closure proposal to management.

- Implementation of financial planning on monthly basis by strictly monitoring the income & expenditure and making proper reporting system to management.

- Monitoring of monthly / quarterly /yearly of taxes, financial out flow and checking the debts / project loans, EMIs and interest components periodically and report to management.

- Review of CRM team activities on weekly basis for collection planning of weekly and monthly basis.

- To coordinate with banks on all financial needs of the organisation on a day to day basis.

- Preparation of project reports/documents and presentation of projects to various financial institutions for funding.

- Prepare funds flow planning & statement with clarity on project by phase wise.

- Interact with various financial institutions and building corporate relationships.

- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislations.

- Manage investor relationships, funding and would be able to present to investors.

- Conduct regular monthly reconciliations of Project Costing and expectations against planned budgets.

- Review financial data and prepare daily, monthly and annual MIS Reports and share with management and also periodically updating the MIS reports to various institutions which funded the projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- The incumbent should have proper exposure in financial planning / management of organisation by guiding management, planning cash flows / collections and monitoring proper cash out flows in systematic way.

- Should be having a minimum 10 years of experience in real estate / infra / construction companies with over 5 years of relevant experience in CFO position focusing on managing the financial activities.

- Should be a M com / MBA Finance Graduate.

- Should have sound knowledge on preparation of project reports / cash flows, tax matters and presentation of projects to various institutions for project / mortgage / funding etc.

- Should have good exposure in banking, equity funds and sound knowledge in cash flow preparation for project funding requirements.

- Should have excellent written and communication skills.

- Preferable age below 50.

- Should have own transportation and good health.
