Security Manager

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing the security and safety of the residents, properties and premises

- To act as Single Point of Contact for any Security related escalations from residents or from and staff/workers

- To establish the and reinforce the existing operation procedures and optimize the effectiveness

- Prepare and submit monthly reports

- Ensure proper Night Checks & Training Program are happening as per schedule

- Update ground situations through reports on any incidents at the site

Required Candidate Profile:

- Male candidates with minimum of 10 years work experience with a reputed Security Agency/Developer or an Ex Army Officers from Artillery will be given preference.

- Experience in managing Security Process at a Large Gated Community (High Rise Apartments or Villas) mandatory
