Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage dental implant and biomaterial sales performance within assigned territory.
2. Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and development.
3. Build strong relationships with customers to drive business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product knowledge sharing and market insights.
5. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
6. Contacting prospective customers
7. Doing regular follow-ups with new and existing customers for these sales
8. Assisting the product management team
9. Creating Weekly reports & MIS
10. Co-ordinating for events like conferences. symposiums, learning based lectures, etc.
11. Attending conferences
12. This is an Individual contributor role
