Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - US Mortgage
Location: Mangalore (open to candidates willing to relocate)
Shift: Night shifts (5:30 PM 2:30 AM)
Work Type: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 4-5 years in US Mortgage
Education: Any graduate with good communication skills
Joining Timeline: Within 60 days
Job Description:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Mortgage processes.
- Provide expertise and guidance on mortgage documentation and processes.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of mortgage documents.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or red flags in the documents.
- Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
