Position: Relationship Manager (Secured and Unsecured Loans)

Product: Home Loan, LAP, and Business Loans
Experience: 3 - 8 years of experience handling Home Loan, LAP, and Business loan sales.

Job Locations: Delhi (Karol Bagh- Pusa Road)

Job Role:
We are looking for a Sales Relationship Manager to sell secured and unsecured loans through various banks and NBFCs. The role requires the following:

  • Sourcing of new customers for secured and unsecured loans.
  • Handling clients and closing entire sales to achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets.
  • Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of defined products.
  • Understand secured and unsecured loans of various banks and NBFCs to cater to source clients.
  • Creating a database of disbursed clients for generating a regular flow of business.
  • Working in a compliant and transparent manner.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generating business through open market, references, brokers, CAs, builders and internal BPO leads, etc.
  • To identify and add new potential sources in Delhi/NCR for generating leads of HL/LAP and Business Loans.
  • Executing the sourced files with laid down process and support from the internal operations/credit team.
  • Meeting clients and prospects to conduct proper need analysis and explain products by identifying and assessing customers' needs and providing the right solution by implementing and adhering to the Need-Based Selling Model.
  • Engage with existing customer base and network for contributing business volumes via self-sourced leads.
  • Constantly build and increase the network of referral partners to create a regular active base for sourcing quality leads for the mortgage business.
  • Up-sell & Cross-Sell other financial products based on customer requirements.
  • Responsible for meeting the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets.
  • Render prompt post-sales service to customers.
  • Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering Business numbers.
  • Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior sales experience of working in Banks/NBFCs/DSAs in Home Loans, Loan against property, or business loans.
  • Understanding of income programs, legal and technical of property, and client profiling.
  • Good knowledge of Mortgage/unsecured products and policies of various Banks and NBFCs.
  • Proven sales experience and track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Computer use competency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Any graduate or equivalent, MBA preferred/commerce graduate preferred.
