Job Description
- Assist in managing front office and customer relations.
- Understand the customers requirement targeting customer delight and should lead them to the proper section.
- In case all salespersons are busy, guide the customers to the waiting area and keep them engaged.
- Ensure that the customers are supplied with refreshments like tea, coffee, drinks etc.
- Ensure that there is no visitor unattended.
- Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
- Be fully informed on the products of Malabar as well as competitors.
- Ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining attendance and movement registers.
- Must possess a pleasant and charming personality.
- Strong communication and importantly oral and presentation skills are required.
- Good quantitative and aptitude knowledge.
- Proficiency in using computers and telephones.
- Must possess customer service relations and coordination skills.
- Must be proactive in approach.
