• Preparing daily and long- term leads plans.
• Responsible for lead generation and deep profiling of the customer.
• Responsible for engagement with various stakeholders to support multi-channel sales and marketing programs.
• Must have knowledge of General insurance , Motor insurance and Health insurance.
• Agents Recruitment for lead generation.
• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline within the team.
• Follow-up with sales lead.
• Dealing with the potential buyer face-to-face, over the phone or e-mail queries.
• Able to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Detailed knowledge about the product and the related paperwork.
• Must have good communication skills as well with the customers and agents.
