SMC - Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking (2-8 yrs)

- Origination and execution of end-to-end M&A and Fundraising deals

- Building long-term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep understanding of the client's needs, exceptional responsiveness, and ensuring delivery of the highest quality service and work product.

- Should have the ability to identify opportunities and assist in generating new business.

- Lead the day-to-day execution of transactions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and meet deadlines.

- Lead the team in preparing confidential information memoranda (CIMs), financial models, management presentations, and other transaction execution materials.

- Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development

- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
