We are looking forward for the suitable candidate for the position of Deputy General Manager - Process Management.
JD:-
Process Management -
- Design, Implement and monitor processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable and aligned to the best practices and our parent company in German.
- Oversee the Planning, execution and delivery of the projects.
- Co-ordinate with Cross - Functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Ensure the security, reliability and scalability of the systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and Implement strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead and Manage the team , providing direction, mentoring and support.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them accordingly.
- Prepare, manage and monitor the Budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources .
- Disaster recovery and business continuity management.
- Preferred knowledge on ERP platform certification (JDE, SAP , Oracle) and Salesforce.
- Preferred knowledge on IT Infrastructure, System and processes management.
