Presales Executive / Presales Manager -Real Estate

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Presales Executives / Presales Managers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to handle high-volume calling, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing leads, and generating interest in real estate projects.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and offers to clients.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of presales/calling experience in the real estate sector.
• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer proficiency is an added advantage.
