Xamarin Developer

Key roles and Responsibilities:

Proficient with C#, Xamarin Forms, .NET Maui .NET Technologies, DB Connectors, Integration with 3rd party libraries (Must).

Good understanding of OOPS

Good understanding of native functionalities.

Good understanding of multithreading.

You must be a generalist. You should be able to pick up new technologies, frameworks, and languages quickly.

You must be able to work at all stages i.e. From proof-of-concept to post-production.

Able to design and build secure, scalable, reliable, and well-tuned Mobile & Desktop applications.

Integrating with RESTful APIs.

Good-to-Have Requirements:

Understanding of payment integrations, device integrations (Good to have)

Experience with WPF is and added advantage.

Experience in working with Kiosks is good to have.

Experience in working with Cloud solutions is Good to have.

Experience in working with peripheral devices such as printers, Payment POS (Good to have)

Integration with online payment systems is a good to have.

 

Qualifications:

First Month:

1. Complete the orientation and setup dev environment.
2. Get account creds for github and azure dashboard.
3. Familiarize with project management tools like azure dashboard
4. KT on existing code base and basics of all the projects
5. Sample tasks to get familiarize with the existing code base.
6. Work on small bug fixes or minor feature update
7. Self-analysis of existing minor features
8. Adding new screen for both mobile and tablet views
9. Working on analysis of native device API s

First 3 Months:

1. Take ownership on small to medium sized feature development.
2. KT on existing payment integrations
3. KT on device integration like Barcode scanner, Cashdrawer, NFC reader e.t.c on Windows platform.
4. Bug fixes if required on payment integrations.
5. Working on implementation of Barcode Scanner, NFC and Payment device in Android and iOS platforms.

Take full ownership of larger features or modules.
2. Begin identifying and recommending improvements to codebase, architecture.
3. New payment integration if required for any sites.
4. Take part in code review.
5. Self-analysis of existing larger features.

 

First 6 Months:

Take full ownership of larger features or modules.
