Key roles and responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content for diverse global markets, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and fully aligned with brand voice and guidelines.
• Craft insightful, tech-centric materials that effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate on social media content strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement with relevant audiences across platforms.
• Measure and analyze the impact of content initiatives, contributing actively to the growth of business needs through data-driven insights.
• Work closely with designers to ensure content is visually compelling and supports the overall user experience.
• Create engaging case studies and other marketing materials that showcase the company s products, services, and successes.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of content writing experience, ideally in the F&B, hospitality, or product sectors. Experience in B2B or technology-focused content is an advantage.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and quality. Ability to deliver clear and concise content tailored to the audiences needs.
• Proven ability to adapt writing style to suit brand tone and target demographics, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
• Familiarity with content marketing best practices, branding, and digital content strategies. An added advantage is experience in content strategy execution.
• A natural storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling narratives. Eagerness to continuously learn and contribute to content strategy, brand development, and innovation.
