This role involves designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow, Python, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intelligent, scalable, and user-friendly chatbot applications that enhance user experience and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.

- Develop backend systems and integrate with various platforms using Python for seamless communication.

- Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

- Build, test, and optimize chatbot applications for accuracy and efficiency.

- Integrate conversational agents with external systems, APIs, and databases for real-time data processing.

- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

- Continuously improve AI models, NLP algorithms, and machine learning frameworks.

Skills Required :

- Proven experience in developing conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow.

- Strong proficiency in Python and backend integrations.

- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and chatbot frameworks.

- Experience developing and deploying scalable chatbot applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud and AWS.

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts for conversational AI enhancement.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Certifications Needed :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
