Kore.ai Consultant - Chatbot Development & Deployment (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI's CX platform.

- Integrate various AI techniques (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing) to understand user intent, sentiment, and emotions.

- Train and refine chatbots to deliver accurate and informative responses.

- Develop engaging conversation flows that provide a seamless user experience.

- Integrate chatbots and virtual assistants across various channels, including call centers, social media, live chat, SMS, email, voice assistants, websites, and mobile apps.

- Ensure consistent and unified user experience across all touchpoints.

- Utilize Kore.AI's no-code interface to enable the development team to build and maintain AI-powered assistants without extensive coding experience.

- Create user-friendly interfaces for building conversation flows and managing chatbot functionalities.

- Develop and implement connectors for backend systems to enable chatbots to access and process data from various sources.

- Configure message middleware for secure data encryption and transmission.

- Integrate with API-enabled services, including leveraging Azure functionalities.

- Conduct thorough testing of chatbots and virtual assistants to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.

- Deploy chatbots and virtual assistants into production environments.

- Monitor chatbot performance and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in developing conversational AI applications or related fields.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Conversational AI : Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and dialogue management.

- Kore.AI Platform : Expertise in using Kore.AI's CX platform for chatbot development and deployment.

- Programming : Experience with Python is a plus.

- API Integration : Experience with integrating APIs and web services.

- Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure is beneficial.
